Worst experience ever. I have been to GMC, Toyota and Audi for oil changes and service. My 1.5 hour apt. ended up being a 3 hour ordeal, with no communication. Soo disappointed. Will not be returning! - I didn't purchase my truck in Gilroy, as I didn't live here at the time. This was an oil change service.

I had a positive experience. I found the car I was looking for. Online negotiated the price with the sales team via web and over the phone. Then came in. The documents were ready, made the payment and walked out the door all within less than an hour. Great experience
Your signs outside state to wait for an attendant to come out and help you, those should be removed.

Rick was easy to deal with and the entire process was quick and streamlined. Only qualm I have was the vehicle we purchased was turned over with an empty tank - only 14 miles left. Had to stop and fill it up on the way home.

I recently visited Gilroy Cadillac to check out a CT5 model that I was very interested in. It was the only CT5 model that had black wheels along with many other features that I wanted. Markieth in finance and salesman was excellent but others lack customer service. Still waiting on my car key and its been three weeks
Took almost a month and a half to get my parts to fix a transmission issue. I reached out to the service manager to get updates. He would never answer the phone, or respond to a voice message. Very unprofessional.
