These guys were terrible to deal with. The sales associate I worked with was clueless about the Tahoe's features. The did not communicate the extent of the damage to the Tahoe (bought it used) before I traveled 70mi to see it. The manager, Anthony, didn't call when my sales associate told me he was going to. Every questions I had was met with a silent answer. It was just your typical experience dealing with a car dealership. Would never buy from there.

Service was fast and efficient; Advisor was friendly and kept in good communication daily. Service area was clean - but the need AC! I also used the local shuttle service, which was very convenient.
Gilroy Cadillac went above and beyond my expectations. They executed a transmission swap through warranty in under 3 days. They were so busy they had no shuttle available, They sent an employee to pick me up in my vehicle to come in and sign paper work. This add on service was very helpful, also gave me time to get a test drive in with an employee to make sure there was nothing unchecked. Really satisfied with the outcome.
My service advisor always is willing to help and support answers my questions or concerns if she doesn’t have an answer she finds it.

I came to Gilroy dealership informing them that i had tooken my car to a mechanic and they said that i had to take my car to the dealership and have them update the system. Worst experience ever. I have been to GMC, Toyota and Audi for oil changes and service. My 1.5 hour apt. ended up being a 3 hour ordeal, with no communication. Soo disappointed. Will not be returning! - I didn't purchase my truck in Gilroy, as I didn't live here at the time. This was an oil change service.

I had a positive experience. I found the car I was looking for. Online negotiated the price with the sales team via web and over the phone. Then came in. The documents were ready, made the payment and walked out the door all within less than an hour. Great experience
Your signs outside state to wait for an attendant to come out and help you, those should be removed.

I recently visited Gilroy Cadillac to check out a CT5 model that I was very interested in. It was the only CT5 model that had black wheels along with many other features that I wanted. Markieth in finance and salesman was excellent but others lack customer service. Still waiting on my car key and its been three weeks
Took almost a month and a half to get my parts to fix a transmission issue. I reached out to the service manager to get updates. He would never answer the phone, or respond to a voice message. Very unprofessional.
